We start from your accommodation (usually Las Americas) and drive to the island's capital via the southern highway. The first point of interest on the way is in the small town of Santa Lucia, which is hidden by the ocean in a large cave - a grotto.

Next, we go to Candelaria, where there is the largest church on the island with the image of the Black Madonna. Here is the religious center of the Canary Islands. Along the edge of a large square (which is in front of the church) by the ocean, there are large monuments to nine Guanche kings (mencey's).

After visiting Candelaria, we go to Santa Cruz - the capital of the island. We stop at the famous Auditorio concert hall, get acquainted with it and go to the main square of the capital - the Spanish Square. All the most important administrative institutions of the island are concentrated here, a huge monument to the Holy Cross.

↵Then we drive to San Andres, to the beach with golden sand Las Terezitas (which was specially brought from the Sahara desert). If the weather permits, you can swim here and enjoy the world a bit. We can snack on the snacks we took with us.

Through the town of San Andres we go to the mountains of Anaga and reach the famous mirador Cruz del Carmen, around which, on all sides, the relict forest of laurel and heather trees grows. Laurel and heather trees here reach a height of up to 5 m. Let's take a short walk through this prehistoric forest. Why prehistoric? The last Ice Age, which covered all of Europe 12,000 years ago with a kilometer-thick layer of ice and reached Africa, did not reach the Canary Islands. Therefore, the forest has been preserved here, as it was in Europe before the Ice Age.

Option "a" next, past La Laguna, bypassing the northern airport, we go to La Esperanza. We drive through the majestic Canarian pine forest to the eucalyptus groves - here we stop briefly and take a short walk. And at the end of the excursion, we drive home along the Southern highway.

↵Option "b" Chinamada is a small village located on a hillside on the north coast of the island of Tenerife, away from the major cities. The secret of Chinamada's popularity is the 30 houses in the caves where the people of this village live. The originality of the settlement is given by the location of the buildings carved into the rocks. At the same time, the inhabited area does not lack the advantages of modern civilization, and these caves are electrified, connected to water supply and television. The settlement has its own hotel and restaurant. Next, through La Laguna, we take the Southern Highway home.

We return home.

Prices depend on the capacity of the car - if the number of passengers is greater, then a more spacious car should be taken, the cost of which is more expensive:

1-4 people - 230 EUR
5-6 people - 260 EUR

7-8 people - 300 EUR

20 euros extra for each overtime hour.

Payment procedure: after confirming the excursion, a small advance reservation fee of 30 euros is required as a security deposit, which is included in the payment for the excursion. And 100 euros at the start of the excursion, the rest at the end.

If your accommodation is outside the southern resort, then there is an additional charge for the time it takes to get to you and bring you back.
